We also manufacture batch rollers and rope sizers for feeding cut and wrap machines. Our BR42 Batch Roller forms a plastic batch of up to 75kg of high boiled sugar, caramel, toffee or fruit chew into the optimum size and shape for feeding into rope sizers and can be arranged for use with cut and wrap machines.

Bagging Equipment

We supply various bagging machines and equipment including Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machines, WB-100 Vertical Form Fill and Seal and MB-100 Vertical Fill and Seal. These machines are manufactured from high grade materials in order to be tough and long lasting for use with various industry applications. We also supply the W-110 Single Horizontal Packaging Machine, the W-110 Double Horizontal Sachet Packaging Machine and the A-95T Horizontal Wet Tissue Packaging Machine. Multi Packing Machine

The Pakasnax machine has been specifically designed to multi-pack products like snacks, crisps and popcorn. There are a number of hurdles to get over when it comes to multi-packing, such as keeping the collation right during the packing process and maintaining minimal waste when material is cut.

The Pakasnax machines gets over these challenges by using less wrapping material and avoiding downtime.

Coating Pans

Normal rotary pans are flexible items that can be used for polishing the finish on a wide variety of products like nuts, jelly beans and dried fruit, using chocolate masses or sugar solution coatings. The machines themselves are available in either copper or stainless steel and there are also some imaginative shapes on offer, namely ‘onion’ or ‘tulip’. In terms of speed, the pans can be supplied with a fixed speed, 3 speed or variable drive mechanisms.

Belt Coaters

The A.M.P-Rose Belt Coater is a versatile and high-quality chocolate panning machine used to cover certain centres like nuts, fruit and fondant fancies with chocolate or fat based masses.

An issue with traditional panning machines is that they’ve not been big enough, so we’ve made certain that there is greater capacity in this version.

We also focused on making this model easier to clean and less noisy – finally, one feature that really helps set our model apart is the fact that it can easily loaded and unloaded, something which speeds up the overall mass that can be panned in a given day.
