for use in a wide range of industries and applications including printing,

All of our rollers are manufactured in-house and feature a
range of covering materials such as synthetic rubbers, polyurethane, rilsan
(nylon) and foam.
Alongside our standard range of rollers we also manufacture rollers to suit specific customer requirements in order to meet exact tolerance and surface finish requirements.
Our recently acquired Baule polyurethane dispensing machine
enables us to produce consistently high quality production of rollers and
moulded products in a high specification urethane through a wide range of
hardnesses.

refurbishment for all makes and models of print packaging, converting
machinery, wood and metal processing, pharmaceutical, PCB production and

We offer high temperature silicone alongside an extensive range of synthetic rubber and polyurethane coverings in any hardness required.
Various profile and grinding options are also available
including crowning, annular, chevron grooving and more. We also have our own
tooling to enable recovery of most sizes, styles and makes of jaws for
pharmaceutical and food industries.
AMC Precision Coatings Ltd specialises in the refurbishment
of Rilsan® rollers for any make and model of offset litho, sheet fed and web
presses.
We hold most models of the Heidelberg range in stock ready
for offer on an exchange basis in order to keep press downtime to a minimum and
reduce costs on spares.
Rilsan® provides excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and is used in a range of applications including food, print, effluent treatment and automotive. It also delivers exceptional performance across the spectrum of key physical properties.
At AMC, we use original Rilsan® powder as specified and
supplied by all leading press manufacturers.
