Mini Rigs

Allpile Foundations uses mini piling rigs for areas that are difficult to access. They require only 2m headroom, will pass through a standard door, and have remote power packs to further improve access (and also reduce fumes). Our mini rigs operate a series of sectional continuous flight augers and drop hammers, enabling them to drive piles up to 350mm in diameter into the ground to depths of 15m. Drop hammer rigs, meanwhile, will drive permanent steel tubes up to 220mm in diameter. So, if you have a piling requirement in a hard to access area, give Allpile Foundations a call!

Midi Rigs

Midi piling rigs are ideal for more accessible working areas. The machines we use (Mait Midi Drills) employ Kelly-bar techniques to install piles up to 500mm in diameter to depths of 16m, despite them only weighing in at 6 tonnes. 1.5m wide and 5m high, these really are versatile pieces of equipment. For driven piles we use a range of different rigs (including Komatsu based rigs for open site works), all capable of installing piles up to 325mm in diameter using a driving force in excess of 500kN. Large Rigs

We operate several Tescar CF4 rigs in either bored or driven pile configurations, each one measuring approximately 2.5m wide and requiring just 10.5m of headroom. These 15 tonne class machines are capable of installing bored piles up to 600mm in diameter to a depth of 32m. Despite their full size capabilities, Tescar CF4 rigs are relatively light and compact, making them extremely versatile pieces of equipment. And, because they have lower ground bearing requirements than many larger rigs, site preparation is a lot less expensive for the main contractor.
