In addition to bespoke components we can also offer a huge range of low cost standard fasteners (including BS/DIN/ISO/AISI) suitable for all kinds of industrial applications. Advance Spares have been manufacturing rivets for more than two decades. We are experts in this area, and can offer a huge range of components starting from 1mm and going right up to 16mm. Rivets can be manufactured in a choice of materials, including steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. Types of rivet offered include tubular, solid, semi-tubular, bifurcated and blind. Another area in which we specialise is the manufacture of cup square neck bolts. These are very common in the pressing industry and are used by all of the major car manufacturers. Advance Spares’ range starts from M4 and goes up to M16. All standard parts can be manufactured to DIN specifications or British Standard. We’re able to offer a huge range of threaded screws for the plastics industry, including those for thermoset plastics such as Acetyl. We can also provide a wide range of trilobular thread forming screws for plastics and metal industries. As well as offering a huge range of standard fasteners to meet BS/DIN/ISO/AISI specifications, Advance Spares can manufacture bespoke components in exact accordance with customer requirements. We have our own in-house production facilities where we regularly produce custom fasteners in steel, aluminium, brass, stainless steel and other materials, in quantities from as little as 500. We have bolt formers, parts formers, nut formers, SEMS machines and advanced thread rolling machines that allow us to produce a range of fastening products in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
