Industries that we regularly work with

In our early days as a company we were working predominately with the motorsports industry to develop plastic prototypes for use in F1 cars, rally cars and motorbikes. Today, we’re able to provide services for all areas of industry, from POS and vending to boat manufacturing and oil and gas applications. Industries served include:

• Metal production – pattern making for foundries.
• Architecture and construction – production of physical and topographical models.
• Manufacturing - prototyping plant/machinery components.
• POS & vending – vacuum forming of component prototypes.
• Motorsports – vacuum forming of component prototypes.
• Marine & Energy – tank testing

These are the industries with which we have traditionally worked. However, we’re always open to new challenges, so even if you're not from any one of these industries listed above, we'll still consider your proposal. 

Materials we commonly use

Accuvac engineers have experience handling a range of plastics, including acrylic, PETG, ABS, styrene, PMMA ABS and polycarbonate. We can also process pre-printed sheet used in POS and vending type applications. Base materials are usually acrylic or PETG with a reverse screen-printed graphic.
