Our range of low melt EVA bags are made using low density polyethylene and an EVA additive. This mix produces a material that will melt at a much lower temperature when compared with standard polythene. We use this material to create film, bags and sacks which can be used across a variety of different industries, including rubber, chemical, food and ice. Along with the temperature properties, the inclusion of EVA also provides further benefits, including a greater seal quality and puncture resistance.

More and more customers are looking for options that are kinder to the environment and we understand the importance of this issue. We stock a range of degradable film, sheeting and bags which contain a specialised additive called Polybatch® DEG 68. This additive allows the plastic to degrade in the presence of heat or light. The natural colour of this film is a pale yellow but we can create different colours if required- it's just worth noting that this may slow the time it takes to degrade.
