Based in Burnley in Lancashire, A1 Plastics have been a leading UK supplier of plastic components for over 20 years. Our service is entirely bespoke and we can supply virtually any industry with standard ridged and flexible plastic profiles, tubes and rods. We have worked in areas such as window, blinds, toys, leisure, kitchens, bathrooms, shop fittings and displays. Customer service is extremely important to us and we are proud of the level of care we provide to our customers as well as the high quality of our products. In 2006 we opened our new state of the art purpose built factory and since then we have been able to offer our customers an even more flexible service with 24 hour production and 4 extrusion production lines. We can make components for both long and short runs with an extremely quick turnaround time and supply both high and low volumes for all types of business, whether they are mass market or small independent companies. Tooling & Design

Customers are able to commission us to assist with their tooling design and create a tool that is unique to their manufacturing needs. With our tooling service we are able to advice you on the best options for you in terms of materials and productivity. Customers just pay for a one off tooling cost which means that they benefit from savings on repeat production.

Manufacturing Materials

We use a whole host of materials in the manufacturing of our components and these include, rigid PVC, PVC Nitrile, LDPE, ABS, flexible PVC, Polypropylene, HDPE, as well as various different types of recycled materials as they are available. Should it be required, we will also colour match or grain our plastics to fit in with other elements of the design and maintain a consistent overall aesthetic look. We are also able to cut random lengths if needed.

Extruded Products

With 4 extrusion production lines available we are able to produce a vast selection of extruded plastic products to fulfill just about every brief. Our extruded plastics are made to order and we are able to work to any size and shape. A small example of the kind of extruded items we can make are, round, square and rectangular tubes with various wall thicknesses, bespoke packaging, plastic angles, inkjet printing  and plastic rods in different diameters.
