Description

The Council wishes to invite interested organisations (Tenderers) to participate in a tender exercise to establish a contract for the provision of a Lift Inspections, Testing and Maintenance services on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council (the Council).

The Council Facilities Management Maintenance Team is responsible for maintaining the buildings that the Council occupies or delivers services from. It is the Facilities Management Maintenance Team to ensure that the buildings are fully compliant, along with all the necessary lift Maintenance work being completed in safe and timely manner.

The Contract will be established for an initial period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 1 year each up to a total of 3 year taking the Contract term to a maximum of 3 years. The Contract is intended to start on 01 January 2020 or as otherwise agreed.
