We are seeking tenders for a Research Facilities Management Software System for 9 Core Facilities within the Faculty of Medical Sciences. Specific objectives are:
• Allow for the booking of machines in research cores.
• Enable Core Managers to initiate projects that use their facilities.
• Provide flexible reporting on usage of equipment and income for each research core.
• Allow financial information to be passed to the University's SAP system.
The supplier must also provide support to migrate from existing systems, roll out and launch and on-going support and software updates.
