Complete a digital discovery on all CCS frameworks during the commercial design stage of all new frameworks.
Deliverable: A digitisation discovery report for each new CCS framework.
The consultancy will provide continuous review and recommendations of improvements to the Digitisation Discovery process. Additionally, they should identify the best approach to embed the process within business as usual activity for CCS.
Deliverables: Updated Digitisation Strategy. Digitisation governance process, Standard Operating Procedure updates, Digitisation Training Plan.
