The University of Plymouth wish to appoint a consultant / consultancy team to:
Assess the current health-medical research, innovation assets and capabilities within UoP, PSP and the wider Plymouth City / regional area (including NHS) to determine whether the opportunity exists to develop a Plymouth health / life sciences cluster (Phase 1), and if so to define both the narrative for such a cluster and what could be done to develop this opportunity, for example through investment, strategic partnership development and adjustment of promotional / research focus (Phase 2)
