ESPO is seeking to establish a national framework for the supply and/or collection of small loads of asphalt, aggregates and premixed concrete materials including but not limited to roadstone, concrete aggregates, topsoil, hot rolled asphalt, stone mastic asphalt, surface dressing chippings and concrete products to various public sector organisations including Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council.
