The removal of an existing lift rising 6 floors in an existing shaft to be replaced with a new lift to fit the existing lift well, approximately 7 person capacity. Works are within a Grade II Listed building and are to include minor building works to the new landing entrances. The contractor will be responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of the lift and maintain for 12 months following completion.
