Description

Norwich City Council wishes to deliver a phased programme of upgrade works for the installation of 'New' schemes requiring secure access and egress control to communal area's and entrances by secure methods in the hope this will mitigate and reduce anti-social behaviour and works to existing schemes in need of 'Upgrading', which are becoming obsolete and in need of replacement due to age and the lack of functionality to programme access tokens remotely.

Its anticipated Norwich City Council will wish to deliver approximately 30 'New' site schemes over a 5-year period starting in year 2017 completing by year 2022/23. The numbers will be subject to change at the discretion of the Norwich City Council.

There will be 25-75% split in the budget allocation over the 5-year period proportioned against 'New' systems and 'Upgrade' of our current stock respectively. This is subject to budget allocation from Norwich City Council and could be subject to change.
