This is an imposing Grade II Listed Building comprising of 4,135 sq ft over two floors and set within the grounds of Ewell Court Park.
The Council is seeking a partnership with an organisation that has a successful track record in events management (including weddings and corporate events), experience of the management and operation of a historic building, and an excellent track record of establishing and maintaining positive engagement and working relationships with the local community including local voluntary and community groups
