Durham County Council currently have approximately 10,000 telephone handsets in use across the County in various Council establishments and offices as well as within schools. As part of its ongoing telephone installation/replacement programme the Council expects to replace and install up to 500 Mitel handsets a year.
Based on previous contract spend, this opportunity was published to three suppliers as part of a Request for Quote exercise via the Council's electronic Procurement Portal. The contract is for a period of 12 months with two optional 12 month extensions available.
