Horsham District Council is looking for suppliers to provide the following software systems: Lot 1 - Environment Health & Licensing, Lot 2 - Planning & Land Charges, Lot 3 - Building control. Bidders are invited to submit for 1, 2 or 3 lots or any combination thereof.
