Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may have the effect of transferring the existing workforce employed by the previous service provider in relation to the services to be performed to the Service Provider. The details of the 21 individuals currently involved in delivery of the Managed Stores Service have been provided by their current employer and are summarised in an attachment to the Term Brief (Appendix C - Previous Contractor Employee TUPE Information). whg does not guarantee the validity or accuracy of the information and will not be liable to any Tenderer for any inaccuracies. It is the sole responsibility of Tenderers to validate the accuracy of the TUPE information provided.
The Contract for the Managed Stores Service will commence on 1st April 2020, awarded on an initial 4 (four) year Contract Term, expiring 31st March 2024. There is provision for 3 (three) optional 2 (two) year extensions to the initial Contract Term: from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2026, from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028 and from 1st April 2028 to 31st March 2030. The total contract term will not exceed 10 (ten) years.
Any Tenderer that is a subsidiary of a holding company or parent company will be required to submit a Parent Company Guarantee as part of their Tender submission.

Tenderers must be accredited to the following internationally recognised standards:
• ISO9001 (or equivalent) - Quality Management System
• ISO14001 (or equivalent) - Environmental Management
