P Clip Ranges

We supply P clips in a range of four band widths: 1/2inch, 5/8inch, 3/4inch and 1 inch.

The P clip is one of the most commonly used clips in the market and is widely manufactured with an E.P.D.M. rubber liner in order to protect the hose from the steel of the ‘p’ clip as well as to provide anti-vibration/ noise reduction qualities – perfect for use in the motor vehicle industry. Constant Tension Clamps/ Clips

Our constant tension clamps and clips are designed for use with radiator hoses. They are available as either spring bands or wire clips that have expanding capabilities to accommodate the increasing size of the hose in increasing temperatures. We also supply many worm drive products that have constant tension facilities for the ultimate in flexibility, including Flex-Gear, Thermal Flex and Turbo Seal.

HCL

• Herbie Clip – The double grip hose: a double bonded hose clamp for twice the strength of its competitor products. For use in any application where there is a hose and spigot.

1/2" Band Clamps

Our ½ inch band clamps are widely used in home and automotive applications. We supply three main ranges of ½ inch band clamps:

Ideal 57 Series/ Tridon 611 Series: features 5/16 inch hex-head screw, plated carbon steel, ½ inch design band and housing and manufactured from 201/301 stainless steel.

Ideal 67-1 Series/ Tridon 625 Series Automotive Series ‘HSS’: features 5/16 inch hex-head screw, manufactured from 410 stainless steel or 305 stainless steel with ½ inch design band and housing.

Ideal 67-5 Series/ Tridon 620 Series: features 5/16 inch hex-head screw and manufactured from high-nickel grade stainless steel. ½ inch design band and housing.

AC Clamps

Flexible Hose Clamp Driver

The flexible hose clamp driver features a non-slip grip and provides 90 per cent access. It is particularly effective for use in hard-to-reach places such as compact car and boat engines. The flexible hose clamp driver’s socket fits mini and standard hose clamp screw heads.

Hi - Torque

Our hi-torque, stainless steel hose clamps have been designed and manufactured to be tough and long-lasting. They have been carefully designed to suit tough and wire reinforced hoses where an extra element of safety and reliability is required. Hi-torque hose clamps provide an effective alternative to nut and bolt methods by providing a more uniform tightening for a greater seal pressure. The JCS Hi-torque heavy duty hose clamps are also approved by Lloyd’s Register for use in marine, offshore and industrial industries as well as specifically for the sealing of wet diesel exhaust hoses.

Lined Clamps

Our high quality, lined clamps are designed specifically for applications using silicone rubber and other types of soft hoses. The liner of the clamp protects the inner hose surface preventing unwanted extrusion or shearing through the notches of the band as it tightens. We supply two main types of lined clamps all of which are available in a range of sizes:

Ideal 53 Series/ Tridon 613 Series Tridon Automotive Series ET: features 5/16 inch hex-head screws in plated carbon steel and ½ inch design band, liner andhousing.

Ideal 65E Series/ Tridon 615 Series: features 5/16 inch hex-head screws in high-nickel grade stainless steel with 9/16 inch band, liner and housing.

Nylon Cable Ties

Our nylon cable ties are identified as a two part clamp and are suitable for use with a variety of latching or locking applications where repeated opening and closing is required. The nylon cable ties feature holes in the end of each part to allow for permanent installation of the clamp using rivets or screws.

Quick Release Clamps

Our range of quick release products features various hi grip, hi torque, hi grip spring claw and hi torque heavy duty quick release clamps as well as uniclips and zero clips. All of our quick release items are manufactured from high quality materials and are tough and reliable for long-term use.

EZYCLIK Hose Clamp

The unique Ezyclik hose clamp is manufactured from nylon 6.6 and features no moving parts, full installation tooling support, quick release using pliers, lightweight, no sharp edges, strong UV resistance, suitable for temperature range from -40°C to +150°C, seals hoses up to 8 bar and is UL listed. Alongside our standard range of Ezyclik hose clamps we design and manufacture models to suit specific customer requirements. Nano

These clamps are manufactured from SAE 1005 Aluzinc with a SAE 1035 zinc plated carbon steel screw and a steel SAE M 1010 nut.

T Bolts

Our heavy duty T-Bolts provide a tight, uniform sealing pressure for a reliable seal. They are widely used in high vibration and large diameter applications such in heavy truck or off-road equipment and industrial machinery. Our range features:

Standard T-Bolts – Ideal 30010 Series/ Tridon 813 Series: commonly used T-bolts typically used for truck air intake systems, cold side charge air systems, off-road equipment and industrial machinery.

Channel Bridge T-Bolts – Ideal 30020 Series/ Tridon 814 Series: with an added rigid bridge liner to help prevent leak paths in demanding applications.

Spring Loaded T-Bolts – Ideal 30030 Series/ Tridon 819 Series: features a helical spring design to prevent the development of leak paths due to temperature fluctuations.

YNDAC Double Wire Hose Clamps

YDNAC hose clamps are manufactured out of double strand steel wire, which gives them high resistance, and coated with a preservative zinc plating, which grants them practically limitless durability. Compared to single wire clamps, double wire clamps create less stress on the plastic or rubber hose, as the radial load is distributed over a wider area, despite the clamping action being the same. In addition, the YDNAC clamps allow a lower cutting action than regular boot clamps, due to the roundness of the wire used. This in turn ensures more durability of the hoses and a higher resistance of blow-off.

Uniclips – Heavy Duty Bolted Hose Clamp

For larger clamping applications, the UniClamp is a simple, compact, high quality and cost effective solution. To facilitate easy installation, the UniClamps have the set screws recessed into a round trunnion, and they also have an insert guide to prevent the hose being damaged by the fastener. In addition, there is no welding, which reduces the risk of corrosion.

The re-usable universal heavy duty UniClamps are suitable for all plastic and rubber hoses, and come in two options; mild (carbon) steel or 316 stainless steel. The mild steel clamps are ideal for agricultural, industrial or heavy vehicle applications, while the stainless steel clamps are better for uses that involve highly corrosive environments, such as marine, mining or chemical applications.

Uniclips - Flip Top Clamps

The re-usable “flip top” universal steel wormdrive hose clamps are suitable for all plastic or rubber hoses, and their flip top design makes installing or removing them much quicker and easier than standard hose clamps. The flexible band allows for easy handling and fitting, while the clamp's strength is increased due to the screw thread fully penetrating the perforated band.

For applications where resistance to corrosion is necessary, such as mining, marine, chemical and agricultural uses, the fully stainless steel “GSS” series of clamps is suitable. The “GS” series, on the other hand, is ideally suited for automotive applications, due to its zinc electroplated steel housing and case hardened screws.

Turn-Key Clamps

The IDEAL Turn-Key hose clamp is easy to remove and replace and can be installed with a simple hand twist, with no tools necessary. All you need to do to create a tamper-resistant connection is pull of the key. Turn-key clamps are suitable for a variety of uses and come in a variety of sizes to fit anything from automotive heaters and radiator hoses to garden hoses and R. V. sewer hoses.

The turn-keys are made of injection moulded thermoplastic, and are available in yellow, red or blue. Their bands and housing are made of stainless steel and the screws are plated carbon steel.
