Techniques employed in the production of prototypes include:
Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) capabilities enable XPDG to produce dimensionally accurate, functional prototypes and small-quantity production parts which are highly resistant to chemical degradation, mechanical stress and extreme temperatures. FDM techniques of are often employed in the production of complex parts for use in aerospace, automotive and medical applications. A number of engineering-grade thermoplastics can be used in Fused Deposition Modelling, including various ABS and polycarbonate materials.
A high quality finish requires an experienced eye, a skilled hand and of course, the latest high-tech finishing equipment. At XPDG, our finishing specialists have all three, so you can expect nothing less than the best.
