www.local-expertise.com is both a Website and a Magazine. The purpose is to present Local Experts, across a wide range of expertise, to people and businesses, within tightly-defined areas. In each and every Area, the A4-sized, full-colour, 40-page Magazine is prepared, first of all, with 15,000 copies being delivered to specified people and companies, throughout the subsequent year. The targeted people are 1) Applicants for Planning Permission; 2) Those people and Companies who are relocating and 3) Those people and Companies who are, simply, planning some remedial or decoration work. In other words, the magazine goes directly to those who, at that precise moment, are likely to require exactly the services or products, supplied by the Advertisers. The Website shall be "populated", solely, by Magazine Advertisers, thus offering promotional exposure far beyond the effective range of any one magazine. Each magazine will focus on (roughly) a 10 mile-square area, with the "launch" edition, for example, going to named individuals in the Gosport and Fareham area of Hampshire.
