Cooling Tower Refurbishment

We also provide the industry with a fantastic cooling tower refurbishment service. This may involve the replacement of packing, drift eliminators and sound attenuators with world-class high-efficiency designs and stainless steel replacements for corroded mild steel parts to enhance product life and reduce maintenance. We also offer high performance paint finishes for the repair of corroded tower casings and fans as well anti-legionella packing/ drift eliminators for enhanced protection in areas that are difficult to clean. Our servicing and testing options are available for fans, fan shafts, motor drives, bearings and more to maintain systems for optimum usage.

Cooling Tower Maintenance

As well as installation and refurbishment, Vistech can offer scheduled maintenance contracts carried out by fully trained teams who have both the experience and the equipment to ensure your cooling system is at minimum risk from legionella bacteria. They will ensure the highest levels of hygiene and, in line with ACOP L8 guidelines, will remove packing from cooling towers for cleaning purposes wherever possible. Maintenance contracts provided by Vistech include the cost of any consumables or parts that may be needed, and each year you will receive a comprehensive inspection report detailing the condition of your plant.

Here at Vistech, our highly skilled and experienced team can achieve excellent results in terms of performance improvements and reductions in operating costs by using a range of alternative production methods such as High Performance Packings, Anti-Legionella Packings and High Performance Drift Eliminators.

• High Performance Packings: features environmentally friendly polypropylene construction and a unique welded construction.
• Anti-Legionella Packings: features impregnated wash/leach resistant biocide (effective against various bacteria for up to five years).
• High Performance Drift Eliminators: an extra defence against legionella.
