Turner OCTO® System Scaffolding has been designed and manufactured with versatility, safety and productivity in mind.

  • Greater Versatility – The careful design of key scaffolding components gives an almost infinite number of possibilities when it comes to scaffold structure, size and shape.
  • Improved Safety – Safety features are integrated into the design of scaffolding components as well as in the method of assembly and disassembly.
  • Increased Productivity – The OCTO® system uses fewer components and is less than half the weight of conventional systems, resulting in a reduction in assembly time and costs.

Aluminium Scaffold Towers

Available for purchase or hire in Glasgow, Scotland and throughout the UK, our aluminium scaffold towers have become recognised all over the country for their outstanding safety, simplicity and durability. Low Level Access Platforms

Low level work platforms designed and manufactured by Turner Access offer a much safer alternative to ladders, steps and trestles. They are both highly portable and very easy to set up. There are four models for you to choose from, all of which are manufactured in Glasgow under a quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and BS EN 1004:2004.

  • Alphastep – A mobile one-man low level access platform comprising of just 5 components.
  • DeltaDeck® - A complete unit which assembles and disassembles in less than a minute, making it ideal for professionals moving quickly from job to job.
  • Omegadeck – A lightweight yet incredibly sturdy bridging system that provides aerial access without having to move machinery, desks, etc.
  • Sigmadeck – A robust low level access platform designed for indoor and outdoor use.

BetaGuard Advance Guardrail System

BetaGuard® is an integral advanced guardrail system for use on aluminium towers. It is designed to eliminate the need for both horizontal and diagonal braces in the construction of a scaffolding tower, reducing the number of components to just three and greatly simplifying the erection process. BetaGuard® also acts as a bridging component to bridge separate towers, removing the need for lattice beams and thus reducing trip hazards at base level. It can be used on the OCTO® 250 aluminium tower and the Beta® aluminium tower. Find out more about this Collective Protection Solution by visiting Turner Access online.

Docking Stations

Our docking stations offer a safe solution for working at height in the transport industry. They are frequently used as access platforms, maintenance docks and loading bays in vehicle repair workshops, bus, coach and lorry garages, distribution centres and warehousing facilities. You can see some pictures of our docking stations in use on the Turner Access website. If you would like to know more, please get in touch with our sales and hire team using the contact details provided at the top of this page.

Powered Access

As well as offering a range of integrally safe scaffolding solutions, Turner Access can provide you with top quality powered access equipment as well as IPAF training in the use of such systems. The range includes articulated and self-propelled booms, scissor lifts, personnel lifts, rough terrain booms, trailer mounted booms and cherrypickers from many of the world’s leading manufacturers. And because we are not tied to any particular manufacturer, we can offer impartial advice and guidance in order to help you find the most suitable powered access solution.

StopNocs

StopNocs is an innovative impact protection system which could save you millions of pounds on rework and accident claims. Unique in concept, design and performance, these fire-retarding foam blocks can be used on aluminium towers, low level access platforms, scaffolding systems and elevated work platforms in order to protect masonry, brickwork, rendering and plaster and to reduce the risk of accidental injury caused by impact to platform supports.
