Triffitt Trailers was established in 1969 and specialises in
the manufacture and supply of top quality, versatile trailers.
At Triffitt, we supply trailers to suit a range of industry
requirements. The range includes: monocoque grain trailers, root crop trailers,

Here at Triffitt Trailers, we are pleased to supply top
quality Monocoque Grain Trailers. These trailers feature fully welded 250 x 150
RHS chassis, fully welded bodies with RHS sub chassis and main members, and
rear doors with RHS frame.
Customers may choose from two different body styles; the
traditional grain trailer features a fully welded post every 600mm while the
new trailer features a larger fully welded post every 1200mm.
Both designs feature dual tipping rams for extra stability. Standard body sizes are available and non-standard body sizes can be accommodated to suit specific requirements.

Triffitt Trailers supplies dumper trailers manufactured to
agricultural and contractor specifications. Both models feature a heavy duty
construction and a tipping angle of over 80 degrees. They also feature sloping
front sections and internal corner blanking plates to prevent materials getting
stuck inside the trailer body.
Our dumper trailers are manufactured in a range of standard body
sizes and non-standard sizes can also be accommodated upon request.
Other standard features include: full LED road lights to
RTA, rope hooks, independent hydraulic brakes, 40mm EN16 towing eye, skid and
skid carrier, hydraulic hose carrier, two pack paint system and a fully welded
body. Various optional extras are also available.
Our flat/bale trailers feature a 250 x 150 RHS fully welded
chassis, fully welded 4.5mm chequer plate floor and 100 x 50 RHS side raves
with 80 x 80 RHS front rack.
These tough and robust trailers feature lengths up to 40
feet and can hold up to 16 metric tonnes. Standard features include: full LED
road lights to RTA, rope hooks, independent hydraulic brakes, ratchet
handbrake, hydraulic hose carrier, 3ft heavy duty front rack and more.
Optional extras include: screw jack side winder, sprung drawbar, plain steel floor, flashing LED beacon, detachable tow bar and more.

Our hydraulic low loaders are suitable for capacities of up
to eight metric tonnes. The low loader bed can be easily lowered to the floor and
can be raised via two hydraulic rams situated on the rear single axle and
tractor pick up hitch.
Our low loaders feature a fully welded 4.5mm chequer plate
floor and 125 x 65 PFC side raves with 60 x 60 RHS rear track.
Standard features include: full LED road lights to RTA, rope
hooks, independent hydraulic brakes, two pack paint system, fully welded body,
3ft heavy duty rear rack and more.
Optional extras include: plain steel floor, flashing LED
beacon, spray suppression mud flaps, number plate light and hardwood floor.
Triffitt Trailers manufactures and supplies top quality
scissor lift trailers. These trailers are designed to raise loads ready for discharge
into lorries or hoppers and can hold capacities of up to 12 metric tonnes.
Our scissor lift trailers usually feature Monocoque bodies
with pea doors or standard double acting hydraulic doors. They are constructed
on a 250 x 150 RHS chassis featuring material thickness of 6mm, 8mm or 10mm.
Scissors are manufactured from 200mm x 100mm x 8mm RHS and
feature two or four lifting rams.
Optional extras include: full width window, full width arched window, spray suppression mud flaps, mudguards, inside steps, number plate lights, large cubic capacity body, hydraulic stabiliser legs and walking floor.
We also supply stainless steel or mild steel bowsers with
capacities of 4000l to 18000l. These units are manufactured with 4mm side walls
and 6mm dished ends. Baffles are used to reduce side and longitudinal swill with
one man way to the front and access ladder.
Our bowsers feature a 250 x 150 RHS fully welded chassis,
heavy duty sprung tandem and a choice of axles. Optional extras include: bunded
cabinets in stainless steel and mild steel, engine driven water pumps, hydraulic
driven water pumps, sight glass, rear platform, pipe rack, sprung drawbar,
lockable pump cover and more.
Our bulk blower trailers blow feed and grain from trailers
into bulk hoppers or bins. They feature a capacity of up to 18 metric tonnes
and can transfer at a rate of one metric tonne every two minutes depending on
the length of discharge pipes.
We also supply sucker blower trailers designed to discharge feed or grain to be loaded into the trailer. Our bulk blower trailers feature a 250 x 150 RHS fully welded chassis and heavy duty sprung tandem suspension.
Standard features include: grain chute with left or right
operation, rope hooks, ratchet handbrake, hydraulic hose carrier, easy sheet
system, half depth tail door and more
Various optional extras are also available.
Here at Triffitt we also supply a fantastic range of heavy
duty rear discharge manure spreaders. These spreaders have been expertly
designed to spread manure in an even pattern and can hold capacities of up to
14 metric tonnes.
They feature a fully welded 160 x 80 RHS chassis with 5mm
floors, 4mm sides and 14mm or 18mm floor chains.
Standard features include shear bold fitted to PTO shaft,
adjustable speed hydraulic driven floor, twin vertical shredder augers with
reversible tynes and more.
Optional extras include: sprung drawbar, commercial axle,
slurry door and horizontal shredder augers.
We also supply top quality beaver tail trailers designed for
the loading and transportation of wheeled or tracked machinery.
Our beaver tail trailers are available in a range of lengths
with associated load capacities. They feature a heavy duty leaf spring suspension
and heavy duty axles. Hydraulically operated ramps, cheese wedge ramps,
hardwood flooring and tri axles are also available.
The beaver tail trailer body is constructed with PFC side
raves, RHS sub chassis and main members and robust PFC main frames.
Other standard features include 40mm EN16 towing eye,
hydraulic hose carrier, spring operated 6ft ramps, 4.5mm chequer plate floor
and 3ft high RHS headboard.
Our robust and versatile drop side trailers are designed to
hold and transport a range of materials. These trailers feature drop down sides
with a 3mm inner skin and 2mm outer skin and heavy duty hinges. They are
constructed on 250 x 150 RHS fully welded chassis with fully welded bodies with
RHS sub chassis and main members and twin tipping rams on all models featuring
more than six metric tonne capacities.
Other standard features include: full LED road lights to
RTA, independent hydraulic brakes, skid and skid carrier and two pack paint
system.
Optional Extras include: sprung drawbar, spray suppression
mud flaps, fitted sheets, higher sides and rear ramp bars.
