TP Extrusions is a leading supplier of plastic and PVC extrusions. We offer a range of standard parts from stock, including angles, channels, edging, flat strip and many commonly used furniture profiles. We also provide a bespoke extrusion service for clients who require customised designs.
To produce rigid plastic extrusions we use a number of materials, including PVC, polycarbonate, polypropylene, acrylic, polyethylene, PETG, ABS, CAB, polystyrene and nylon, whilst our flexible extrusions are usually made with PVC, TPE, Silicone or dual hardness sections. We can help you choose the most appropriate material for your application.
Our aim is to provide a high level of personal service at all times. We keep you informed throughout the design and manufacturing process, making sure your emails are replied to and your telephone calls returned, so that you always know where we’re at with your product.
Customers throughout the UK and beyond look to us for a fast, friendly and flexible service. We’re happy to take on small production runs, and we can work to the strictest timescales if necessary. State-of-the-art facilities enable us to produce extrusions both quickly and cost-effectively, without ever compromising on quality. This helps us to keep prices as low as possible for as long as possible.
Over the years, we have produced custom extrusions for all sorts of applications, from planking, trunking and corner protection for use in construction to ticket strips for POS equipment. So, if you have an idea or concept that you would like to discuss with the TP team, just give us a call on 01438 315168.
Plastic angles have a wide range of uses, from corner guards and wall protection to stair nosing, edging and jointing. We have tooling for standard angles in a variety of sizes, but can also produce tooling for non-standard angles relatively easily. This means we can manufacture unequal angles of any degree and in a range of materials, including rigid PVC, ABC, Styrene and CAB. Please let us know your extrusion requirements. If you cannot find what you need in our standard range, just give us a call on 01438 315168.
We have an extensive library of tooling for plastic tubing, in all shapes and variations, and in sizes from 2mm (outside diameter) up to 135mm, with almost any inside diameter. Whether you need round tubes, square tubes, split tubes, ribbed tubes, hexagonal tubes, oval tubes or flexible tubes, we can produce exactly what you need, extremely quickly and cost-effectively. Tooling for tubing is relatively simple and inexpensive to make (particularly for round tube), so if you require custom tubes or cannot find what you need in our standard range, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Flat strips, bars and edges are commonly used as infill, spacers, covers, fascia, furniture edging, packing strips, buffer bars, etc. Tooling is relatively simple to produce, which means we can offer a quick turnaround on new sections. If necessary, we can provide design advice and help you choose the most appropriate material for the application.
We also hold tooling for flexible PVC edgings such as flat half rounds, flexible capping and flexible T sections. Again, new tooling can be produced fairly easily, so do not hesitate to call if you have a non-standard requirement. For a list of standard sizes, please follow the link to our stock site, SPP.
