The core of the company is based on supplying high quality bespoke sensors for General Industrial applications as well as for Development and Test programs within the Aerospace and Automotive market. Specialising in sensors measuring weight, load, force, strain and torque with Load Cells from FUTEK, data-logging equipment comes from Dewetron together with a brand new and unique range of Camera Inspection equipment from Phase Vision.
Our focus is on providing the right tool for the job regardless of how unusual the application. Each and every project is as important as out first regardless of size, quantity or value. If one of our products doesn’t quite fit the job, we are always pleased to quote to supply a bespoke sensor based on either one of our previous products or even one of your own design.
We have a wealth of experience in the Automotive RLD and Aerospace FTI projects for customers such as Airbus, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, LandRover, Lotus Cars and Ford. Applications have included Load Cells for the Airbus A380 Landing Gear Test Rig; Suspension and ride handling force data on LandRovers, Jaguars and Lotus prototype vehicles; Hydraulic actuator force monitoring load cells for in-flight refuelling components for BAE Systems; clevis pin load cells for actuator torque arms on Rolls Royce aero-engines including T500,T900,T1000 and instrumenting bespoke products for the prototype JSF engines. In addition to supplying sensors, we also have experience in design and supply of cased portable calibration kits complete with UKAS certification.
