Alien High Speed Series

Within the product range, we use a variety of machines from the Alien High Speed Series range for our pad printing services. These include the Alien 100, Alien 100/2, Alien 100 R, Alien 100 X and the Alien 130. All of these high speed machines are user-friendly and offer a range of different specifications for different uses. The Alien 100/2, for example, increases productivity with its 2-station turntable which enables printing at one station and upload/load facilities on the other. The Alien 100 X features a 180 degree swivelling pad movement for horizontal and vertical print.

PP Standard Series

Three models form the PP standard Series of pad printing services:

• PP21N: now with automatic pad cleaning facilities, the PP21N has single or two colour automatic pad printing outputs, has APS for variable printing depth and has special functions such as double ink/print cycle, dwell, and delay before print.
• PP150: has a dwell function valve for texture surface printing, is pre-programmed with 44 stored print options and can be easily converted to a 2, 3, 4, or 5 colour machine via the shuttle attachment or carousel conveyor.
• PP150 SCMIC: is a microprocessor control with pneumatic operated pad printer using ceramic ink cup (CMIC).

PPD High Spec Series

Our PPD High Spec Series offers four products in the range; the PPD 2000, PPD2500, PPD 3000 and PPD 3500. Each machine is specifically tailored to suit specific printing requirements. The PPD 2000 range offers versatile single or multi colour pad printers which uses a ceramic ink cup (CMIC) and can be easily converted to 2, 3, 5 or 6 colour setup. The different models have similar features but offer different specifications ranges. The PPD 3000 range offers versatile, single or multi colour pad printers with pneumatic power or fully digital servo-motor drive and using CMIC. HVA Series

We offer five models of the HVA series:

• Promoter 4N: is a versatile 4 colour printer designed for frequent job changes. It has an automatic pan clean attachment and jobs can be changed quickly and easily. This product is ideal for promotion and industrial products.
• HVA 90: This user friendly machine can be supplied with an optional stand for stability and now comes with automatic pad clean features.
• HVA 100/150: A single colour automatic pad printer with dead on printing plate registration for quick job changes.
• KIPP 200: a stand alone machine or can form a modular set, single colour automatic pad printer, CMIC and high speed smooth machine movement.

Custom Built

Here at Tampo Ltd, we create printing systems using various models to suit specific printing requirements. We have created bespoke systems for printing on products such as Cadbury Trebor Mint cases, Gillette M3 power shaver caps, Grohe chrome taps, Nokia and Sony Ericsson mobile phones. KCNC Series

The KCNC is a fully computerised, affordable pad printing machine. It is designed for complex, multi-colour, multi precision and high-precision printing jobs. This CNC pad printing machine has a PLC control with a touch panel surface, a 3-axle servo motor drive, sealed ink cup system, printing area of 350mm x 750mm, laser beam pad positioning and dead on printing plate registration. It also features auto pad height measure, stroke control and pad cleaning.

Coates Pad Printing Inks

We supply a wide product range of Coates pad printing inks via the C-Mix system for clients to use for various printing substrates and applications. The C-Mix system enables you to match specific shades from 12 basic colours using our in-house computerised matching machine. We supply our customers with a 100g sample of their ink to trial before ordering larger quantities. We match colours to pantone, DIC, NCS, RAL as well as your product samples.

Printing Pads

We offer a range of printing pad applications that are produced in house using the latest dispensing machine technology. Silicone rubber of the highest quality is used to deliver excellent print quality, durability and longevity. We supply round pads, square pads, bar pads and special pads with an availability of three shore hardnesses. We also offer the 'Click and Fix' range which features special pad adaptors to enable pads to be changed without the removal of the pad holder from machines and without the use of screws.
