TECTUS

The outstanding 3D adjustable TECTUS® hinge options include the Tectus A8 - for glass or laminate door designs with door fascia's and claddings up to 8mm; Tectus “Energy”- integrating permanent power transfer; fire rated Tectus FR- which incorporates the intumescent material within the hinge body: Tectus TE 645 - which will carry door weights up to 300kg and the new FVZ offset version which allows for recessed frame facings up to 14mm with standard 4mm on the door side.

TriTech, the latest product from the renowned SAMSON range of SIMONSWERK is quickly becoming the hinge of choice for Architectural Specifiers.TriTech hinges incorporate the latest design features to offer a future proof ‘fit and forget’ product, with a 25 year performance guarantee. The solid brass hinge has high performance maintenance free concealed bearings, giving a weight carrying capacity of 160Kg – Grade 14. All hinges are available with CE marked and 60 or 30 minute fire rated options, plus a full range of plated finishes, designer finials and size range of 100 x 75, 100 x 88, & 100 x 100mm. and backed by SIMONSWERK’s award winning customer service. 

VARIANT VX

The Variant VX range contains universal hinge systems to be used on heavy-duty doors. These systems are characterised by high load capacities of up to 300kg. Variant VX hinges boast maintenance-free slide bearing technology and have the facility for three dimensional adjustment on permanently fixed doors. Variant VX hinge systems are elegant in appearance and also offers the facility for three-dimensional adjustment on a permanently fixed door. The large number of receiver elements from the VARIANT VX product range enables an extremely variable usage range with exceptionally simple adjustment options. Hinges from the VARIANT VX range are suitable for unrestricted use on fire doors.

Ultimate / Columbus

Our Ultimate 2D and Columbus 3D hinges are easy to use and work with an allen key or screw driver to enable the door frame to be easily adjusted by a single person in two or three directions. Our hinges are cost effective and require no maintenance and are perfect for flush fitting composite doors. Regardless of the style of property we have a hinge to suit, in a range of finishes for modern or classical decor. These hinges are particularly useful for where doors are prone to scrape, catch or not lock very easily. 

VARIANT® VN
