Originally incorporated as H&S Pochin Limited in 1916, SEAC Ltd are specialist manufacturers of fasteners and ancillary products. SEAC was born back in 1981 when we first developed our Polytops range of fasteners and supplied them to merchants, developers as well as many other industries. Ever since then we have developed many new and innovative products, all of which have been manufactured to provide solutions within the industry. We try to meet very specific requirements, namely products that are non-maintenance, aesthetically pleasing, easy to install and incredibly durable.

Polytops | Pins & Nails

Our Polytops plastic top pins and nails are made from A4 stainless steel or zinc plated mild steel and provide a neat and unobtrusive fixing in on quick step. Thanks to their secure moulded heads which are manufactured from a tough polymer plastic, Polytops pins and nails are shatter resistant to hammer. The nails and pins also benefit from specifically designed, tapered annular ring shank which provides better grip and a more secure installation. All of our Polytops products are put through rigorous testing and have their quality and efficacy proven before we offer them to our customers.

Con-sert | Concrete Screws

Our Con-sert range of products include concrete screws, masonry screws and hammer fixings which allows customers the option of concrete or masonry fastening with or without the anchors. Our new concrete screws are simple to use and thread directly into both the frame and masonry, eliminating the need for a plug. As well as offering a permanent and secure fastening solution, our concrete screws are also aesthetically pleasing. All of our Con-sert screws comes in a wide range of lengths according to your requirements.

Fasteners

Thanks to 20 years of innovation and experience, Polytops has become synonymous with an original colour coded solution in industrial fasteners. We have a wide range of single piece plastic fasteners with enduring injection-moulded polymer heads. These polymer heads are self-masking and decorative, especially when they are colour matched, allowing for a seamless and unobtrusive installation. Customers can choose from forty different colours and if necessary we can even custom match to your nearest colour required.

Composite Decking

We are proud to be a distributor of composite decking from Fiberon, the decking solutions company. There is a notable trend within the garden improvement industry of returning to nature. This is reflected in the popularity of wood with many people opting to include this natural material within the home and garden, most notably with decking. Our composite decking differs from the standard variety in that it is a composite of different types of wood as well as recycled plastics, the resultant product is attractive, robust and has an excellent life-cycle.
