SK Series 1” to 6”

Our SK series of swivel joints is usually manufactured in carbon steel of stainless steel although other materials can be used if necessary. We also use hardening methods to make these swivel joints even more durable. SK swivel joints feature a PTFE seal and a lithium based grease as standard although other seal and grease types are available to suit specific requirements including low and high temperature, oxygen duty, radioactive duty, submergible, hygienic environments and sealed for life. Multiport

Multiport swivel joints feature: multiple flows down a common axis, robust design to handle high mechanical loads, individual designs to suit specific applications, various materials and seals for compatibility and are available with a range of mounting solutions. The Multiport swivel joint is based on the development of the SK series and features the patented needle roller design to keep the sleeve and casing aligned under high radial loads. FS series 1/4” to 2”

The FS series swivel joints features: 316 stainless steel construction for high corrosion resistance, seal and bearing designed to withstand high pressure, double ball race design to withstand loads in all direction, submerged modification available if the unit is to be immersed, ball bearing design requires less torque to turn than solid bearing design when under load.

Large bore 8” to 30”

Our large bore range is mainly manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel although other materials may be used to suit specific application requirements. We also use hardening methods to make these swivel joints even more durable and can weld overlay different metals onto the seal and/or bearing surfaces. An example of this may be a stainless steel weld overlay onto a parent carbon steel swivel body to increase the service life and keep overall costs down. The large bore range features a PTFE seal and a lithium based grease as standard although other seal and grease types are available to meet specific requirements such as high or low temperature, oxygen duty, radioactive duty, submergible, hygienic environments and sealed for life.

Articulated pipework

Rotaflow FV provides bespoke articulated pipework to suit customer requirements. We use swivel joints from the SK range and large bore range to create pipework that is usually manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel (other materials are available). We incorporate robust double roller, PTFE sealed swivel joints with the option of modifying swivel joints for submerged duty, high or low temperature, sealed for life, hygienic use and more. Oil industry

The subsea swivel joint had been expertly designed and manufactured for operation up to 3000m below the surface. It is capable of internal pressures of 5000 psi+ and can be supplied as weld end or flanged.
