CNC Teach Lathes

We currently have available two Churchill Teach Lathes; the FL2140 and the FL2160. These are ideal for users who require a machine that combines the advantages of both manual and CNC controlled lathes. Both machines are powered by the user-friendly FAGOR 8055TC, and both are quick and easy to set up. Churchill FL series Teach Lathes comprise of a one-piece Meehanite casting. Headstock gears are made from chrome steel and are precision ground for quiet operation.

• FL2140: Distance between centres is 1,000mm. X axis travel is 300mm. Z axis travel is 895mm
• FL2160: Distance between centres is 1,500mm. X axis travel is 300mm. Z axis travel is 1,415mm

5 Axis CNC Machining Centre

Also available is a 2004 Mikron UCP 1150 Full 5-Axis CNC Milling Centre with a Heidenhein iTCC540 controller, a 46 position tool changer, a simultaneous tilting head, 1000mm rotary table and a 3D touch probe OMP 60 for HSK 63A. The UCP 1150 comes complete with oil mist filter and lubricator, two rotary vision windows and equipment manuals.
