RESUS South West offer a range of first aid training courses to suit our wide range of clients, whether it be HSE approved courses for businesses, more general first aid course for organisations looking to ensure safety or courses for individuals looking to enhance their skills and knowledge. With courses running regularly in Plymouth there will be a course to suit your needs. Or if you are based in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, and Plymouth is a little far afield, then we can come and train at your venue bringing all our equipment. New Resuscitation Guidelines - The Resuscitation Council RC(UK) have released the new Basic Life Support guidelines for CPR and AED use. The new guidelines concentrate on the importance of good quality compressions, the chain of survival and speed of treatment. All of our courses will now be taught using the 2010 guidelines.  Courses we teach:  First Aid at Work (FAW) - 3 days. First Aid at Work Re-qualifying - 2 days.  First Aid at Work Annual Refresher - 1 day.  Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) - 1 day.  Baby & Child First Aid - 2 days.  Baby & Child First Aid - 1 day.  AED Operator.  Oxygen for First Aid.  Basic Life Support (CPR).  Sports First Aid.  Family First Aid.  Bespoke First Aid courses (Courses specifically developed to your needs, ie schools, organisations etc)
