Modular Buildings

Raptor UK’s modular building solutions use a highly flexible system so that the exact requirements of customers are met.
 
Our modular building designs are available in a variety of single modules sizes. Not only are these carefully transported straight to the site, but these modules can then be connected in several ways: stacked, end-to-end or side-to-side.
 
We manufacture our modular structures in a way that produces a lightweight, steel frame. This is done using a combination of hot and cold, rolled steel sections which are mechanically fixed and welded.
 
We offer a range of finishes and options for the wall panelling systems.

Modular Coldrooms

Our selection of modular cold rooms feature an array of design solutions that all feature compliance with the Food Standards Agency (FSA): individual bespoke design, single-bay, multi-bay, inside stand-alone units, outdoor stand-alone units, and those that are independent and self-contained.
 
We provide modular cold rooms, chiller rooms, and freezer rooms for many purposes and for a multitude of industries: testing equipment storage, general purpose, flower storage, medical storage, specialised clean rooms and many more.
 
In particular, much of the food industry relies heavily on modular cold rooms and chiller/freezer rooms. For instance: the storage of fruit and vegetables, preserving ice cream, restaurant refrigeration, food retail, and wine and beverage storage.
 
Raptor UK’s modular cold rooms have 60 years of structural warranty.

Relocatable Cabins

With our relocatable cabins, we are committed to providing the answer to your needs. Primarily, this is the requirement for a quality environment crafted from reliable materials and advanced methods of construction. This is what Raptor UK delivers.
 
We have a standard units range in different sizes: 10.8m2, 14.4m2, 21.6m2, and 28.8m2. Features include single-piece composite panels, textured paint finishes, linked unit capabilities, integral rooms, modular panel systems, and steel legs either inbound or outbound.
 
Our relocatable cabins give customers the choice of different formations whether it’s stacked or linked. With this comes the potential for all kinds of desired layouts and facilities.

Rapid Delpoyment/Recoverable Buildings

Products evolve and improve from previous and often major experiences, and this is exactly what we have done with our rapid deployment and recoverable buildings.
 
The UK military’s presence in the Balkans conflict, built up of sixteen military camps, provided us with a lot of insight for designing cabins and buildings capable of rapid deployment.
 
In designing this new range based on experiences in an extreme environment, our products have also acquired applications in commercial, disaster, and humanitarian areas as well as the military.
 
Rapid deployment/recoverable buildings for these kinds of purposes will often experience situations where there is the demand for construction with a lack of tools. We describe our products as ‘man portable’ meaning that these can be built with merely manpower as well as also being highly useful ‘knock-down’ accommodation.
