AEON Resilient Seated Gate Valve Type B, Water

The AEON Resilient Seated Gate Valve, Type B, Water is a high integrity valve that features many of the same patented features as the Type A valve such as the double seated integral ductile iron wedge which is fully EPDM encapsulated, extremely low closing torque, stem seals that are fully replaceable under pressure, low number of turns to close, patented primary seal integrated in the wedge with perfect top tightness when the valve is opened, 250 µm min, and fusion bonded epoxy coating internally and externally. NRS Metal Seated Gate Valve, DIN3352

The NRS Metal Seated Gate Valve is a general purpose valve with brass seats. The isomorphic series is compliance with DIN3352. It has top tightness with 3 o-rings stem seals, a standard hand-wheel, seats of ample proportions to allow for wear and several lapping when needed, stem in 13% stainless steel, full bore opening with wedge seat fully protected and in position, and FBE coating available on request. The Type B, Gas valve features many of the properties of the Type A model. These include: patented double seated integral ductile iron wedge which is fully NBR encapsulated, unique double-block-and-bleed- feature comes as standard, very low closing torque with perfectly smooth patented guiding, 3 stem seals which are fully replaceable under pressure, low number of turns to close, and patented primary seal integrated in the wedge for perfect top tightness when the valve is opened. This valve has been developed and manufactured for use in large utilities for whole life secure valve solutions.

Swing Check Valve

Our conventional Swing Check Valve is a single disc valve that has been designed and manufactured to many standards including EN12334 and BS 5152. This robust valve is perfectly suited for use with low velocity piping systems. It features top entry for ease of inspection and maintenance without the need to remove it from piping, globe shape to provide full flow with low pressure drop, soft seat available for perfect tightness at low differential pressures, lever with weight or spring available for added control. By using weight and spring, slamming can be greatly reduced where required.

Fire Hydrant Type B

The Fire Hydrant Type B is fully compliant with BS750 Type II. It features a sturdy ductile iron construction, internal and internal fusion bonded epoxy coating for long lasting corrosion-free life, two and a half London round thread connection (others are available), special inlet flange to accept multiple flange standards to reduce inventory, and drain system for actual frost protection. This model has been developed to provide trouble-free operation in a fully FBE coated sturdy unit.  Various outlet connections are available alongside the two and a half inch London round thread.
