We are based in the South-East of England and specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of Domestic and Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems. We work closely with architects, developers and local authority building control departments.

We are members of the Residential Fire Sprinkler Association, install to BS9251 and comply with the FIRAS 3rd party certification scheme.

However, architects and devellopers are realising the benefits of incorporating a sprinkler system in their projects as a system instaled to BS9251 affords considerable relaxations in traditional AD part B passive requirements.

They are suitable for installation in houses, apartments, residential blocks and other buildings in multiple occupancy including hostels, care homes and hotels. Normally connected to the mains water supply, they can also incorporate a pump and tank if necessary.
