Based in Tiptree, Essex, Quadrant Equipment Limited has over 40 years’ experience in the designing and building of filling and special purpose machines. In addition to using specialist design software to produce engineering drawings and models from which we work, we can see every job through from end-to-end with our fully equipped engineering workshop where we manufacture the parts.

Over the years customers have come to us with a wide range of projects, so whether your project is large or small, we will give it our best attention; you can have the confidence in our ability to fill your needs.

Fillers

Whether you need a new machine or an upgrade to your existing machinery, we can help you achieve what you need for your project. Having designed, built and installed a wide variety of fillers over the years we’ve got the experience needed when it comes to providing you with what’s required. If you need a standard machine no problem, but if you require more from your machine we can also put that in the plans and make it happen. You may benefit from having a fully automated system or a rotary filler; it all depends on the industry you’re in.

Cappers

Unsure about which capper you might need? Inline screw capper or inline press capper? The capping part of the operation is critical in any filling system. An inefficient operation can lead to bottle necks or, even worse, product damage, not to mention wasted time and extra manual labour sorting it all out. With an efficient system in place your product will be preserved and protected the way it needs to be. Conveyor Systems

Quadrant Equipment Ltd can design conveyor systems to your exact specification. Our systems use stainless steel side panels and adjustable guides. The return chain is contained within the side panels and if necessary drip trays can also be supplied. The conveyor slats can be plastic or stainless steel - straight running or flex top. Drives can be a fixed speed type, mechanical variator or inverter controlled. As all of our units are manufactured by specialist engineering companies to our exact design, we ensure that they are fully checked and thoroughly tested before any installation commences; we believe in supplying quality equipment.

Complete Water Systems

We are fully experienced in providing a range of complete water systems. Whether it’s a simple manual filler you need, or a fully integrated high volume production line with robotic loading or unloading, we can discuss everything with you and take into account all the relevant variables.
