We understand that it is vital to suit our equipment to each client’s specific needs. Differing processes and methods must be used for the safe transfer of chemicals. We look into various factors when determining the best equipment to use in each case. The most important thing to know is whether the liquid will bring about any reaction from the wetted surfaces of the pump, pipework or valves. Other factors include liquid description, concentration, temperature, flow rate, head duty, specific gravity and flashpoint. If any of these elements are not known, we may need to test a sample of the liquid. In any case, we endeavour to provide the most appropriate solution for your chemical transfer needs.
We have a wealth of experience and expertise in building up pipework systems, installing on site or replacing existing systems. We use ABS fabrication, compared to iron, the final product is much more cost effective and, unlike iron, will not corrode, producing a longer-lasting and durable installation. When ABS is used in place of PVC, the resulting installation is far less prone to failure caused by system vibration or breaking at lower temperatures. We aim always to give you the best and most effective pipework system.
We carry out pump work both on site and in our workshops, undertaking service, planned maintenance, repairs and refurbishment. We are proud of our fully equipped workshops where we can undertake testing, including flow and pressure testing to classification society witness standards, all to our customer’s precise requirements. Additionally, we are pleased to provide third party installation, alignment and test verification services. With the quality equipment at our disposal, as well as our knowledge and skill, we carry out all pump work to a high standard.
We operate from advanced plastic fabrication facilities, where we can fabricate a vast range of products, so that you can be sure that your specific requirements will be met. We produce stand-alone bunds, providing protection against spillage and have the capability to line bund areas. The list of products we have produced for customers over the years includes custom flanges, spool pieces, electrical enclosures, small storage units, power supply housings and a great deal more. Why not let us know what you are after and we will do the rest, always to the high standard upon which our reputation stands.
We are acknowledged experts in the supply and installation of packaged pumping stations for sewage and storm water. These solutions are used in situations where the sewage outlet from toilets or domestic waste cannot be discharged by gravity to mains discharge. Sewage and storm water needs to gravitate to a lower level and then be mechanically pumped to a point of disposal. We have worked in this area for many years, supplying and providing installation, commissioning and maintenance. Drawing from a choice of two different methods, we can supply and install a packaged pumping station that is best suited for your specific requirements. You can learn more about the methods we use by having a look on our website, where you can also download a guidance leaflet.
