All of the products are completely customisable for your specifications with UV inks for added security, biodegradable plastics to help meet your environmental targets and DDA notching (6mm or 12mm) which assists blind or partially sighted persons and is suggested for use on hotel key cards by the European Disability Discrimination Act (2004). Your graphics are expertly printed with state of the art printers which ensure a clean and hardwearing finish to keep your cards in circulation for a long time, with the option of any additional information and symbolical barcoding. 

The manufacturing facility in Macclesfield has an increased annual capacity of 80 million cards allowing express leadtimes and delivery internationally. Any artwork can be sent electronically or by post and will be checked over by the team before printing. The expert team are also available to walk you through any process especially when installing a whole new system such as "Loyalty in a box" which is offered in partnership with our trusted software company.

Plastic Cards

We have been producing plastic cards for global brands for a variety of purposes - gift, membership, loyalty, hotel key, reward, library, helpline, identity, information, insurance, access control, banking, credit card, privilege, telephone and asset tracking tags - using the latest cutting edge printing techniques to ensure the highest possible quality and durability. We manufacture the cards in our secure facility to your specifications with a multitude of adaptations available - plain plastic and magnetic stripe cards (both lo-coercivity and hi-coercivity) to smart cards, mifare cards, photo-id cards and contactless smart cards - to meet your requirements. Other specialised features include UV inks for added security and biodegradable plastics to help meet your environmental targets.

Smart Cards

The use of smart cards has risen exponentially in the last few years and we have found ourselves supplying more and more to global brands with many different applications. The most popular of these smart cards is the contactless RFID chipped card now standard in many bank payment cards and contact chip cards that use near field technology. This technology has drastically advanced the capabilities of a card from the identification data stored on a mag stripe. RFID chips can carry more information securely, making these cards very versatile and therefore, have been applicable in the catering, travel and healthcare industries and the public sector. Readers of these devices are being found in more outlets and are robust devices that can read the smart card no matter how harsh the environmental conditions. With the greater accessibilty of data, security has become a concern for many, however the shielding technology we have invested research and development in has made these cards more secure than the traditional plastic cards with a mag stripe

Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards are the strongest signifier that a customer has established loyality with your brand and business. Hotel Key Cards

A hotel key is really important to the guest experience. It leads a guest to their room and makes an impression of what their room and stay will be like, and can continue to inform their decisions as they carry the card. Therefore, we only produce high quality printed and punched cards - magnetic stripe, smart card door entry systems and proximity cards - that are long-lasting and reliable with the type of lock in your establishment.  We have supplied corporate hotel groups, leisure resorts, individual hotels and prestigious serviced apartments, with the most common lock systems being Ving, Cisa, Kaba, Onita and Saflok, but we can cater for any type. They are also available with DDA Notch (6mm or 12mm) which assists blind or partially sighted persons and is suggested for use on hotel key cards by the European Disability Discrimination Act (2004). Our fully biodegradable cards are available to help meet your green credentials.

Photo ID Cards

The quickest and most cost effective way of identification. These cards can be manufactured to any quantity you require with greater economies of scale available with larger orders. The photos can be printed with the printing of the cards graphic to produce a seamless card, or later to allow ongoing inclusion of new people. Any information you require can be included with key information displayed clearly for verification - names, issue dates, membership numbers etc.

Images and graphics can be supplied by data disc, secure FTP or by registered post for production and delivery of your cards within 10 working days. Passport photos can be sent in to be included for an extra charge. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are a great product and service for any business to offer as they fulfil multiple functions as a point of sale tool, a gift product, payment plan, and can secure payment before releasing goods. They are the greatest form of customer loyalty as your customer is bringing another customer to your business, increasing your footfall and profitability. They are stocked by the majority of high street retailers and are great for directing sales to your website. The gift cards are available in standard PVC and fully biodegradable PVC, in either gloss or matt laminated. We can number and encode cards in-house, and can provide the gift card 'hangers' and attach your gift card for display purposes, adding perceived value to the products. With PCS, you receive a product completely ready for use with your system.

Library Cards

Throughout the UK our plastic symbolically barcoded library cards are used to manage access, borrowing and return of stock. The cards are reliable for the lifecycle of the account and have been used by national libraries, university libraries, archives and local libraries, as well as being applicable to other services and industries where lending and borrowing of stock or access to facilities needs to be associated with membership. Every library card is camera checked for print quality and barcode readability using calibrated barcode verification systems which qualify the readability grading. An automatic anti-duplication system ensures that duplicate library cards cannot be created.

Key Fob Cards

Key fob cards are an excellent solution for creating brand loyalty with ease of use, that will see your card uptake increase and continued use for many years. We have three types available -  stand alone, multi-part, card/fob integration - all of which are manufactured to the same high standards as our other cards using either litho or screen printing of your graphic. They can be personalised with information and barcodes for even greater usability. The three following types of key fob are available in laminated PVC, tear resistant PVC or biodegradable PVC: 

• Stand alone - a single fob made to any size to accommodate customer special requirements.
• Multi-part - three fobs created within a credit card sized body allows additional family members scheme access from a single mailing campaign.
• Card/fob integration - a plastic card with integrated fob (or fobs) adding functionality to the main card.
