Capabilities

At Photomechanical Services Ltd we are continually expanding our manufacturing capacity to meet the ever-more complex requirements of our customers. This has helped cement our place at the very forefront of a highly competitive industry. Our manufacturing capabilities are as follows:

Product – Single-sided, double-sided, plated through-hole, multilayer, flexible.

Minimum Track – 5 thou

Minimum Gap – 5 thou

Minimum Hole – 0.30mm

Laminates/Materials – FR4, Black FR4, CEM1, PTFE, Polyamide

Panel Size – Up to 24” x 18” plated through hole & up to 2m long x 16” antenna-type.

Solder Resist – Photo imageable & peelable.

Silk Screen – Thermal, UV yellow/white

Finishes – HASL, electroless nickel/immersion gold, hard gold, silver, organic, carbon contacts, roller tin. 

Front end PCB manufacturing software allows us to maximise yield rates during production and resolve any design issues prior to production, while an in-house testing facility means we can ensure components meet customer design specifications before they leave our factory.
