We are the UK's leading techical specialists in ballscrew repair and ballscrew refurbishment.  We also specialise in lead screw repairs, actuator repairs and spindle repairs.  We hold over 40 million ball bearings in stock in steel, stainless steel and ceramic for our food processing and aeropsace customers.

BALLSCREW MANUFACTURING

We manufactire our own range of small and miniature ballscrews ranging in size from 8x1 to 16x16 and 16x10.  We also manufacture our unique Integrated Linear Ballscrew which is a compact Actuator capable of taking radial and axial loading. Our unique Black Titanium™ Linear Screw is extremely light weight and compact and is used for applications requiring smooth running and precise positioning and is particularly suitable for harsh environments. 

BALLSCREW REPLACEMENT

We supply a number of OEMs in the UK and Europe and offer an unbiased solution to meet your needs from a range of manufacturers including Hiwin, THK, NB Linear, NSK and Bosch and niche manufacturers. With our in-house ballscrew design capability means you get an independent technical solution which is backed up by a technical knowledge of linear motion systems that is probably the best on offer in the UK.

MACHINING FACILITY

Our AS9100 Machining Facility is equipped to re-manufacture damaged parts using our CNC and Manual Milling, Turning and Grinding machine tools. Our shop floor team are toolmakers so parts can be re-engineered from scratch or from samples. In a breakdown situation this saves both time and money in sourcing a complete replacement. 
APPROVALS & ACCREDITATIONS
We are proud of our long association with our aerospace customers and hold AS9100 Rev C, ISO 9001:2008 as well as Approvals from Westland Helicopters and Dunlop Aerospace. We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and are currently working towards ISO 14001.
