Penguins are passionate about delivering events production and logistics services and are based in Windsor within easy reach of London and the South.  We draw on over 30 years experience to execute events that are not only inspiring and motivational but that exceed our clients’ expectations.  Whether you want an events provider to work alongside your existing team as an extra pair of hands or you have an event you need delivered in its entirety then we would love to hear from you.

Penguin has the knowhow and capacity to deliver an event from start to finish from developing initial concepts and implementing a suitable communications strategy to providing logistical support we’ll take care of everything right through to delivery and beyond.  Our well stocked warehouse contains the latest in audiovisual equipment meaning we don’t need to rely on third parties and have the technical knowledge to ensure the right platform is created to enable you to communicate effectively with your audience.  Please see our website for examples of the most recent exciting projects we have worked on.

Event Management

Event management is what we at Penguin do.  We live and breathe it and we’re proud to say we’re extremely good at it.  Our creative project managers develop strong long lasting relationships with our customers by listening to what their needs are and gaining their trust.  Our approach enables us to plan and deliver over 300 inspiring events per year – from team building days and extravagant gala dinners to corporate conferences and once in a lifetime incentives and everything in between.  We have over 30 years experience so you can rest assured if you choose Penguin your event will be in the safest of hands.  

Conferences

Planning a conference is not a job for the faint hearted.  The to do list is extensive and there is also the added pressure of stakeholders expectations for this to be the best conference ever.  Take the stress out of conference planning by enlisting a team of experts to do the job for you.  We are well versed at designing and executing inspiring and motivating conferences where the key messages are delivered in an exciting way for maximum impact.  You will be assigned a project manager who will take care of everything and will be on hand to ensure even the most last minute changes are implemented.

Audio Visual Production

The use of audio visual equipment, or lack of, can either make or break an event.  If your audio isn’t adequate or your lighting levels aren’t suitable for your venue then your message may not be received. Here at Penguins we are fortunate enough to have access to a sizeable collection of the latest sound and lighting equipment that will ensure you gain and preserve your audience’s attention.  Our experienced project managers will help you create the desired ambience for your event and will call on all their experience to ensure you achieve optimum impact. 

Gala and Awards

Penguins can work with you to deliver a Gala or Awards Dinner that your employees will remember.  We take the time to discuss and fully understand your requirements and aspirations for the event before using our expertise and creativity to devise a suitable theme and bring it to life using the latest technology, lighting and animation from our in-house multimedia design team. We will create a truly inspiring event to reward your employees.

As you’ll see we are just as happy planning a one day multi-activity team building event for 60 attendees as a branding conference for over 2,000 delegates involving synchronisation with international twin events.
