Here at OCME UK Ltd, we are pleased to supply ORION In-Line High Level Palletisers. These units feature infeed pack handling via single or twin manipulators for precise positioning, layer pad and slip sheet handling options, simulator software, rapid changeover features and more.

90° Infeed Palletiser

We are also pleased to supply the fantastic PERSEUS range of 90 degree infeed palletisers.

The PERSEUS Automatic 90 degree Infeed Palletiser is a fully automatic system featuring infeed pack handling via single or twin manipulators for precise positioning, layer pad and slip sheet handling options, use of servo-drives for precise pack handling and pattern forming, simulator software to assist with new palletiser pattern generation, rapid changeover features and more.

Various palletisers are available in the range, including: Low or high level palletisers, Single or double infeed palletisers, Low or high speed palletisers, Carton palletisers, Bundle palletiser, Plastic crate palletiser, Multi-packs palletising, Pail/ drum palletising and more.

Robot Palletiser

We also supply the incredible PEGASUS Robot Palletisers. These palletisers feature payloads up to 450kg, layer pad and slip sheet handling options, user friendly palletising pattern generation software to assist with the introduction of new palletising patterns, rapid changeover between patterns and more. 

 
The range includes: single item pick robot palletisers, single row pick robot palletisers, complete layer pick robot palletisers and high speed robot palletisers. 

 
Customers can select from a range of options including: empty pallet destacking and placement using same gripper head, layer pad placement using same gripper head and automatic tray erection for display pallets. 

Depalletisers

Our DORADO depalletisers have been expertly designed and created to suit a range of industry applications including: plastic, PET or glass bottle and jar depalletisers, can depalletisers, plastic crate depalletisers and carton or case depalletisers. 

 
These tough and robust units can handle all standard pallet types. They feature a depalletiser layer transferring system through a pusher, a stripper or a gripping head. A layer pad stacking system is available with optional corner cutting for trays. Optional top frame removal is also available upon request.

Volumetric Fillers

We are pleased to manufacture and supply the LYNX range of volumetric rotary and in-line filling machines. The LYNX Rotary Filling Machine features 4 - 48 heads and fills 1,000 to 45,000 containers per hour while the LYNX Linear Filling Machines feature 4 - 12 heads and fills 1,000 to 5,500 containers per hour. 

Our volumetric rotary and in-line filling machines feature integrated capping systems, accurate volume control to keep wastage to a minimum, nozzle design to suit different applications and to ensure precise cut-off, rapid changeover features and more. These machines are particularly suitable for use with viscous liquids. 

Liquid Weight Fillers

We are also pleased to offer the LIBRA range of rotary and in-line weight filling machines. This range features a selection of top quality automatic weight filling machines suitable for a variety of liquids including: oils, detergents, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and more. 

•  LIBRA R5: is suitable for small packs (0.5 to 5kg) and features 4 - 96 heads. This unit can fill 2,000 - 54,000 containers per hour. 
• LIBRA R30: is suitable for containers with a capacity of up to 30 litres maximum and features 6 - 22 heads. This unit can fill 450 - 1,500 containers per hour. 
• LIBRA LT: is suitable for pails/ drums with a capacity of up to 200 litres and features up to 5 work stations.

Level Fillers

The HYDRA range of rotary level fillers has been designed and created for the accurate and reliable filling of beverages. Models in the range feature 32 - 120 filling heads and feature speeds from 10,000 - 100,000 bottles per hour. Glass or PET bottles can be filled with these units. 

 
The HYDRA rotary level filler features a simple filling valve, separate air return, filling valve with zero dynamic gasket, annular tank, header tank and an inclined base frame for easy drainage. The valve is simply constructed and requires little maintenance. All parts in contact with the product are manufactured from stainless steel 316 or food grade rubber. 

Filling Machines

We also manufacture and supply filling machines that have been created specifically for the filling of whisky and other spirits. The LIBRA R5 range is suitable for small packs (0.5 - 5kg) and features 4 - 96 heads. It can fill from 2,000 - 54,000 containers per hour. 

 
Our filling machines feature high filling speeds and fill with a light vacuum. They feature less turbulence compared to alternative filling machines on the market and also feature automatically adjustable temperature control. 

 
The unit features a simple filling valve that requires little maintenance and an inclined tank which has been carefully design to avoid product stagnation.

Shrinkwrappers with Tray

The VEGA range of shrinkwrapper machines features a selection of medium to high speed models. The range includes: shrinkwrapper machines with film only, shrinkwrapper machines with film and tray, shrinkwrapper machines with film and pad, shrinkwrapper machines with option to run full card wraparound and film only multi-pack shrinkwrapper machines featuring 1, 2, 3, or 4 lanes. 

 
Our shrinkwrapper machines can operate at speeds of 40 to 150 cycles per minute. They feature servo drives for rapid changeover, automatic film reel changeover, slide mounted film cutting knife block for ease of maintenance and high visibility guards. New features include externally loaded film reels and handle application option.

Conveyor Systems

Here at OCME UK Ltd, we manufacture and supply a wide selection of conveyors to suit a range of industry applications. Examples of the range include: loose bottle and can conveyors, pack conveyors such as slat conveyors, roller conveyors, accumulation and LBP conveyors, empty and full pallet conveyors (including chain conveyors and roller conveyors), special design conveyors for handling half, quarter, UDP and RDP display pallets and more. Automatic Guilded Vehicles

We also manufacture and supply AURIGA Automatic Laser Guided Vehicles. These machines are used for automating a range of tasks in production or warehouse environments. The range includes: single pallet fork automatic guides vehicles, double pallet fork automatic guides vehicles, double width fork automatic guides vehicles and conveyor style automatic guides vehicles for side transferring. We also customise designs to feature manipulators suitable for applications where awkward loads are handled. AURIGA Automatic Laser Guided Vehicles can pick up multiple pallets in just one lift and feature load tilting and/or clamping options to stabilise the load.

Automatic Empty Pallet Inspection

Our Automatic Empty Pallet Inspection and Quality Control Systems are used to inspect stacks of pallets for inconsistencies. Pallets can be loaded manually by fork life truck, by an AGV or directly form a depalletising machine.

The system features a full 6 axis robot which inspects all sides of the pallet. The good pallets are stacked in one pile: the bad ones in another. Good pallets can then be fed to the palletising area.

Our systems can handle all industry standard pallets and can detect missing boards, protruding boards, nails and other inconsistencies. These units can be fully integrated with AGV and palletising systems.
