The PERSEUS Automatic 90 degree Infeed Palletiser is a fully automatic system featuring infeed pack handling via single or twin manipulators for precise positioning, layer pad and slip sheet handling options, use of servo-drives for precise pack handling and pattern forming, simulator software to assist with new palletiser pattern generation, rapid changeover features and more.

We are pleased to manufacture and supply the LYNX range of volumetric rotary and in-line filling machines. The LYNX Rotary Filling Machine features 4 - 48 heads and fills 1,000 to 45,000 containers per hour while the LYNX Linear Filling Machines feature 4 - 12 heads and fills 1,000 to 5,500 containers per hour.
Our volumetric rotary and in-line filling machines feature integrated capping systems, accurate volume control to keep wastage to a minimum, nozzle design to suit different applications and to ensure precise cut-off, rapid changeover features and more. The HYDRA rotary level filler features a simple filling valve, separate air return, filling valve with zero dynamic gasket, annular tank, header tank and an inclined base frame for easy drainage. The valve is simply constructed and requires little maintenance. All parts in contact with the product are manufactured from stainless steel 316 or food grade rubber.
Our filling machines feature high filling speeds and fill with a light vacuum. They feature less turbulence compared to alternative filling machines on the market and also feature automatically adjustable temperature control.

The system features a full 6 axis robot which inspects all
sides of the pallet. The good pallets are stacked in one pile: the bad ones in
another. Good pallets can then be fed to the palletising area.
Our systems can handle all industry standard pallets and can detect missing boards, protruding boards, nails and other inconsistencies. These units can be fully integrated with AGV and palletising systems.
