NC TUBE BENDING

Mandrel forming & standard bending of round & square tubes are offered as we currently run 2 NC manipulation machines both are modern fully programmable numerical controlled operation for lower volume runs.
CNC TUBE BENDING
CNC tube bending is now included in our list of bending services. Tubes up to 60.3 o/d can be bent. We hold in house tooling to bend:

One of the largest section bending machines in Kent & boarding counties.
PRESSWORK
45 Tons of power with 200mm formers nc control.
Clets brackets form work up to 200mm x 25mm thick from purpose made pipe straps for bespoked work or 1000 off batch runs of formed bars.
METAL POLISHING
Tube Polishing in house to remove any marks or defects in the material after Bending and Forming.
SHOTBLASTING
Chilled iron grit shot blasting to SA2.5 standard to remove steel & iron parts from paint, rust or scale. We can blast castings, stainless, & aluminium prior to painting, our shotblasting facilities are available for sub-contract work.
POWDER COATING
One & Two coat system - consisting of full gloss, matt or satin top coat.
Three Coat System - consisting of zinc primer, full gloss top coat finished with a gloss Lacquer coat.
Colour Matching - RAL, BS, colours.
For best results shotblasting before painting is recommended.
