Reko Wash Plant

Environmental issues are one of our greatest concerns, especially within the packaging industry where the issue is a hot topic, that is why we have been supplying Reko wash plant, that economically recycles plastic packaging including PET bottles. The range of devices they can supply and the full systems they create makes for a simple and very operational recycling process at a favourable cost to your organisation and the environment. 

The Reko process takes two simple steps of a hot pre-bottle washing system and a flake washing system. It starts at bale-opening and involves a manual separation & automatic metal detection conveyor belt system; wet grinding & drying; color / PE / glass / label and metal separation and a big bag filling station.

Magic Blow Moulding Machine

Magic Spa has been a well know name in the packaging industry since the 1960s and is still an innovative and widely used system today. SPECTRUM FFP

Spectrum FFP source and market high quality packaging products and materials, which have been used for top brands - Dorritos, Glenfiddich and Colgate - stocked in all major UK supermarkets and stores. We manufacture in-house a bespoke unique modular racking system, to not only store your important design sleeves, but to also simply catalogue each set, allowing easy access for storage and retrieval. These bespoke unites are designed to meet the needs of your sleeves, whether they be 'In the round', laser engraved, plate sleeves or solid rubber sleeves.
