UV Reactive Filter Leakage Testing

There is a rising problem within the industry with machinery allowing emissions to reach an unacceptable level whilst the majority of filters inside our intact and in good condition. Usually this problem is caused by abrasion of the filter elements against each other or by flexing the filter media against the support cage. Often it is impossible to identify the specific failure and it is necessary to replace the entire filter which is costly. By injecting a UV reactive fluorescent dye into the system, we can locate the source of the problem and save you time and money.
