Plastic Welding

Our skilled and experienced team use hot gas welding for fabricating certain plastics such as PVC, ABS, PETG and polypropylene polycarbonate. A special hot air welding gun is used to soften the plastic parts to be welded, along with a plastic filler rod that provides the joining material. This method is typically used in making water treatment tanks and other products.

Line Bending

Applying heat onto rigid flat plastic sheets until they become pliable, then shaping them over a former or by hand, enables us to create simple yet elegant three-dimensional items. As the sheets can be bent to any required angle, possibilities are endless for creating products such as eye-catching POS displays, sweet boxes, trays, museum and gallery displays, magazine holders and machine covers.

Fabrication

Our fabrication services enable us to transform materials into all kinds of shapes and sizes. The possibilities are endless. We fabricate sheets of plastic to create products using various machining processes such as CNC routing, straight line bending, drape moulding and welding. We can use various methods of bonding such as glue and various fastenings and rivets depending on the materials and uses. The final process - polishing - creates a clear gloss finish (depending on the materials used). Our polishing process involves hand polishing, flame polishing and buff polishing.
