LML Products Ltd specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of customised solid busbars, laminated and braided connectors, coils, terminals and lugs, pressings, links, heat sinks, coolers, earth bars and machined parts. Our advanced production facilities enable us to offer an extensive range of products to cover multiple applications. 
 
With more than 40 years of manufacturing experience, we know exactly what it takes to develop high quality, made-to-measure parts and components. We take time to understand and appreciate your needs, working in close corporation to ensure they are fulfilled. In-house CNC machining centres, automatic presses, turret presses and forming, punching and finishing equipment enables us to produce bespoke components quickly and cost-effectively. We are also capable of producing quality tooling.

Lugs and Terminals

The production of lugs and terminals is one of our many specialities. These can be manufactured from seamless copper tube to BS EN 12449, with bell mouth entry up to 500mm² and chamfered entry from 500mm² to 1000mm². All terminals and splices (except parallel splices) come with an inspection hole to ensure that the conductor is fully inserted before crimping - they are also fully annealed to prevent cracking and splitting once crimped.  A variety of finishes are available.

Customised Busbars

LML Products Ltd is able to manufacture a diverse range of custom high and low voltage solid busbars and copper laminated connectors. Whatever your precise size and specification requirements, it’s highly likely we can provide a solution. Customers can choose from a range of materials, various types of sleeving and a number of finishes (including powder coated). Busbars can be produced up to 20mm thick and approximately 200mm wide, with many simple or complex configurations available. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements with an LML expert.

Flexible Copper Connectors

Lead Assemblies – LML can produce high specification round construction cables with cross sectional areas ranging from 0.5mm² to 1000mm². These come with a natural or tinned finish and are available with a number of end terminations.
 
Braided Connectors – We offer a range of high specification, flat stranded copper braid connectors with either a natural or tinned finish. Size availability ranges from 4mm² to 1500mm².
 
A wide variety of sleeving options are available. Ends may be ferruled, consolidated or loose. 

Butt Splices

Whether you require a standard duty, heavy duty, parallel, dissimilar copper or high voltage butt splice, LML Products Ltd can provide a solution. Earth Bars

The production of bespoke earth bars is another of our key operations. We can design and manufacture according to any specification, using high quality components for enhanced reliability in demanding circumstances. Any size of copper bar can be sourced, and we can redesign channel bases to meet your exact requirements. We also stock a large range of standard earth bars for those who do not require a custom solution.

Customised Pressings, Links and Coils

With a range of state-of-the-art machines at our disposal, we can quickly and easily produce customised pressings, links and coils to suit your application requirements. Our in-house equipment includes a variety of presses ranging from 1 tonne to 400 tonnes, as well as a sheet metal turret press for components up to 4mm thick.
