Development Finance

KIS Finance is an entirely independent development finance broker, allowing us to search and compare schemes offered by lenders throughout the UK and in many other places in the world. Asset Based Bridging Loans

An asset based bridging loan is a short-term finance option that uses personal assets, rather than commercial assets, as security. Loan amounts range from £5,000 to £1 million and can be put to any legal use.
