Plastic Fabrication

Our plastic fabrication capabilities ensure the ideal combination of quality and choice for our clients, from panel to sheet product, no matter how complex or large your requirements. We are happy to receive DXF and DWG files by email to reduce lead times and save you set-up costs. 
 
Fabrication
Our experienced team of Fabricators are able to provide a complete service – including bending, gluing, assembling, screen printing, forming, vinyl letting and more. We can even combine other materials, such as wood and metal, to give the exact finish required.
 
Cut Panels
We always stock a vast range of materials including Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PETG and more, from leading manufacturers – such as Perspex, Plexiglass and Lexan. All materials can be cut to your exact size using our CNC equipment, which is always to the highest standards of accuracy thanks to our optimisation software.
 
Laser Cutting
K2’s in-house PLN laser cutting system is the largest dedicated acrylic laser cutting facility in the country. Our four 3m by 2m cutting beds and four 500w cutting heads can cut acrylic up to 40mm thick, and can cut at speeds faster than other machines.
 
CNC Machining

Laser Engraving
We can offer precision laser engraving on all our products and a variety of other materials, as well as cutting and hollowing for all shapes. Our 500w system with 2000mm by 1000mm cutting bed is used alongside our special laser technology to give the best quality finish every time.

Laser Engraving

K2’s latest OT-LAS Way, flying optic laser engraving system offers a state-of-the-art technology for fast, accurate engraving, and has been added to our existing laser technology already in use.
