Established in 1989, JIT Industrial Products Ltd have over 24 years within the packaging industry. We have a great deal of experience within the supplying of tapes, adhesives, industrial & packaging products. As well as supplying other high quality brands of products we have also successfully developed and marketed our own products and designs. Over the years we have built up a strong customer base and this has expanded further thanks to our move into new European countries and markets. We are continually investing within our business, including new innovations and new ways of problem solving.

Industrial Films

We are an established distributor of industrial films, including sealable packaging, white printable, clear printable, clear plain, hazy, metallised, siliconised, black, digitalprintable and speciality films. We manufacture our high quality films using the latest technology and equipment. Our polyester film has extraordinary physical properties which makes them the perfect material for many products. As well as having a high tensile strength and chemical resistance, PET films are also thermally stable and insulate against electricity.

Electronic Grade Films

We can supply a wide variety of high quality polyester films as well as being experience in converting Dupont films, e.g. Melinex. Our complete range of Dupont films include Kapton, Polyimide film, Mylar, Melinex and Nomex. We have also expanded into the speciality film market with products such as laminates and insulation materials. These specialist materials can be used across many different industries including aerospace, rail, defence, automotive, marine and white goods manufacture, just to name a few.

Industrial Specialist Materials & Laminates

We are also a leading supplier of industrial thermoset laminates. These products offer a range of mechanical thermal and electrical performance benefits which is why they are used within many different industries, from aerospace to white goods. Our industrial laminates and tubes have a multitude of applications and can be used to make bearings, supports, gears, clamps as well as many other products. Carbon Glass Fibre Sheets & Tubes

Our customers have constantly changing requirements for products with improved mechanical properties, reduced weight and good fatigue resistance. It is for this reason that we offer carbon fibre products from Technolaque which are supplied in sheets and tubes. These carbon glass fibre sheets and tubes are used for many different applications including industrial, electrical, military communications and sports, just to name a few. We can supply these products to you in their basic form or alternatively, supply your specific requirements.

Flexible Electrical Insulation Materials

As well as our rigid laminates, we also supply a range of flexible electrical insulation which are also known as combined flexibles. As with our other laminate products, our flexible laminates are available in a sheet or roll form or alternatively we have punched forms. With these products have so many amazing features such as electrical resistance and thermal rating, they can be used for many different applications. Just some examples of their potential uses include circuit board insulation barriers, slots for electrical motor repair and coil insulation.

Thermal Performance and Heat Dissipater Materials

We can supply and convert a wide range of dampening materials which are perfect for isolating loads of 100g+, this includes temperature and MILSPEC applications. These advanced high dampening thermoplastics and urethane materials often out perform traditional rubber solutions. We also offer thermally conductive gels and filler pads for confined space thermal problems. With many electrical products becoming smaller and hotter, there is an every increasing demand for temperature control products and this is were we can help.

Custom Labels

We can provide a wide range of customisable labels with customers being able to choose from many different features. Our labels can be used for decoration, instruction, identification and are coated with high performance adhesives which have been designed to withstand environmental extremes. We also offer a range of labels which are able to withstand extreme high temperatures, rated to constant operating temperatures of 200°C to 800°C. General Labels

We also offer a wide range of general labels and thermal transfer ribbons. These labels can be permanent, non-permanent or peelable adhesives suitable for coating on a range of paper and synthetic filmic materials.
